Philippe Le Hegaret

Philippe Le Hegaret is responsible for the overall technical mission of the Consortium. In 2009, he proposed a testing project, which later grew into WPT, the web platform tests project for all browsers. Prior to joining W3C, Philippe wrote the first version of the CSS validator in 1997.
