Helpful Information for Planning Your Trip
For those considering attending Frontend Conference Fukuoka 2026, we would like to share some information to help you plan your trip. We hope it will be especially useful for those traveling on business or coming from afar, whether for internal company approvals or for planning your itinerary.
Please note that the information below reflects what we can share as of today (June 12, 2026). All of it is provisional and subject to change.
Accommodation, Access, and Concurrent Events
Frontend Conference Fukuoka 2026 will be held at Kyushu Sangyo University. For major transportation options, recommended accommodation areas, and concurrent events, please refer to the following article (in Japanese):

Conference-Day Schedule (Draft)
The conference runs all day, from morning to night. If you are coming from afar, you may want to consider staying the night before and/or after.

There is no dedicated lunch break. Light meals and drinks will be available at the venue, so please feel free to enjoy them at any time, while being considerate of those around you.
Also, community-organized events and meetups may take place around Fukuoka on the day or two before the conference (we are not planning any official pre-events as an organization).
Tickets
We plan to offer three types of tickets: a “General ticket” (sessions only), a “General ticket with after-party”, and a “Student ticket with after-party”.
(Note: The prices below are provisional and may change depending on our budget.)
- General ticket: ¥2,000
- General ticket with after-party: ¥4,000
- Student ticket with after-party: ¥1,000

- CFP closes: Friday, June 19, 2026
- CFP results announced: Friday, June 26, 2026
- Ticket sales begin: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
- Timetable announced: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
- Conference day: Saturday, September 12, 2026

For most early-purchase flight discounts, the deepest discount tier closes 75 days before the departure date. 75 days before the conference day (September 12, 2026) falls right at the end of June (around June 29), so we hope this information helps you plan your itinerary.
